Most customers prefer we pick up their rug, clean it off-site, and return it — typically within 1 to 3 days depending on the rug and drying time. If your rug is large or heavy, or if you prefer we clean it in your home, we offer on-site cleaning too. Note that pick-up and drop-off is priced differently to on-site service.
